- 4 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese
- 1 cup white sugar
- (optional) 3/4 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1.25 to 1.5 cups sour cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together JUST until they're smooth.
- Using a spatula, mix in milk (if used), eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
- When baking, set oven to 225 F and cook for 2 hours.
