- 1 tbsp oat flour (or coconut flour, ground oats, almond butter)
- 3 tbsp buttermilk
- 3 tbsp vanilla brown rice protein powder
- 4 tbsp cinnamon roll flavored whey protein powder (or vanilla whey)
- 6 egg whites
- 1/3 cup almond milk (or any milk)
- 6 tbsp amaranth flour (or oat flour, ground oats, quinoa flakes, almond butter)
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Preheat oven to 320 F.
- Blend everything together and pipe/spoon into a doughnut tray.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
