- 1 cup tulip petals (preferably Red Emperor tulips)
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp ginger (minced)
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/8 cup white or yellow onion (coarsely grated)
- Place tulip petals, honey, and cream into a blender and blend for two minutes. Pour the mixture into a medium sized bowl.
- Whisk in remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
