- 1/2 cup flour (I like to use white whole wheat)
- 1/2 cup sugar (I like to use half brown sugar, half regular sugar)
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into slices
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended.
Part of the reason I started baking was because I like my goodies to be less obviously sweet - I want to taste the flavor, not just the sugar. So most of these recipes will have the sugar dialed down.
